The fireworks between Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff started in 2002, both girls fell for fellow singer Aaron Carter. The resulting situation led to be Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff dating Carter simultaneously, which in turn caused a rather large falling out. The feud continued over the years, though at one point, Hilary Duff noted the rivalry was “silly.” However, all that unpleasantness is behind Duff and Lohan as the two girls have been spotted hanging out together. The older-than-her-age Hilary Duff, all of 19 years old, told People magazine that, “We are both adults and whatever happened, happened when we were young.” With that, Hilary Duff said of the her squabble with Lindsay Lohan, “It’s over.” After several relationships for both young women, and after growing out of their teenage years, the 5-year bitterness over the affections of a mini-Backstreet Boy has drifted away, and the girls were seen together at the Hollywood club, Teddy’s, last week. The new BFFs were spotted in the Hollywood night club chatting to each other, dancing together, and at one point, according to the Chicago Tribune, Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan kissed each other’s hands. To prove their solidarity, as Hilary Duff’s ex-boyfriend Joel Madden showed up at the bar with current girlfriend, Paris Hilton, it tow, both Lohan and Duff split for the bathroom together.
