I saw this small preview on tv about hilary duff. In the video she has purple hair and dark makeup and she gets out of a black truck and has tons of people cheering for her.

i don’t know if its a movie or a music video, can anyone tell me where that scene is from.

IT IS HILARY DUFF. I think it’s a movie set in Iraq. I’m not sure.
It’s from a video, because she looks EXACTLY like that in the video I saw.
